my group totaled around twenty people, all accommodated at the hotel. patryk grzyb and his team were excellent! i appreciated their help with early check-in and the beautiful fruit plates they prepared. their ongoing support.

The hotel gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours. More equipment would improve the experience.

The front desk staff quickly addressed all requests. They arranged for a taxi to the airport and provided extra pillows within minutes. housekeeping provided prompt service daily. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each morning. staff at the executive lounge were always attentive.

Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. There were fresh pastries and a chef who prepared omelets to order? the hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu. Vegetarian options were readily available. cloud 9 bar had unique cocktails.

The indoor pool was heated. It included a shallow area for children. the fitness center was equipped with several machines. It had treadmills and weights. i enjoyed the summer beer garden. Martin managed it well!

i stayed in the executive king room and it was a dream. the housekeeping, under anastasia, kept my room sparkling during my whole stay. the hotel also set up a summer beer garden, martin manages it, it overlooks the river and it's such a charming experience.

reception, i found some of them to be rude and it bothered me. i had to ask loudly multiple times for bags for used sanitary products. i was forced to give a credit card deposit, even after i paid for the room fully online. there was a bathtub and shower combo in the room that wasn't easy for me to climb over.
